夜盘异动 | 美国便利店巨头Casey’s涨超8%，第四财季盈利超预期

本周二（6月10日）美股夜盘时段，美国便利店巨头 Caseys General Stores 涨超8%，截至发稿报475.01美元，公司第四财季盈利超预期。

公司于周一收盘后公布的 2025 财年第四季度财务业绩显示：

  • 第四季度营收39.9 亿美元，高于预期的 39.3 亿美元。

  • 第四季度每股收益（EPS）2.63 美元，高于预期的 2.01 美元。

  • 第四季度店内同店销售额同比增长 1.7%，燃料同店销量较上年同期增长 0.1%。

公司总裁兼首席执行官达伦・雷贝莱斯（Darren Rebelez）表示：“店内同店销售额表现优于行业，增长 2.6%，按两年累计计算增长 7.1%，主要得益于热三明治、烘焙食品以及含酒精和无酒精饮料的强劲表现。我们的燃料团队扩大了市场份额并实现了健康的利润率，燃料毛利较上年增长 10.7%。”

Casey's 宣布将季度股息提高 14%，至每股 57 美分。该公司表示，本季度未回购任何股票，股票回购计划剩余 2.95 亿美元。

截至季度末，Casey's 持有约 3.27 亿美元现金及现金等价物，现有信贷额度中未动用的借款能力约为 9 亿美元。

Casey's 预计 2026 财年 EBITDA 将增长 10% 至 12%，店内同店销售额预计增长 2% 至 5%，同店燃料销量预计基本持平，上下浮动 1%。此外，该公司指出，预计 2026 财年将新开至少 80 家门店。
