碧瑶绿色集团（股票代码：01397）公告称，董事会已提呈有关股份购回的一般授权议案，将于2026年5月29日在香港召开的股东周年大会上审议。若相关议案获批，董事会可在授权有效期内回购最多占公司已发行股本10%的股份，即约4150万股。
根据公告，该购回计划的资金将由公司根据开曼群岛法律及上市规则允许范围内的内部来源或可合法拨付的资本支付。董事会表示，此举有助于提升股东回报，提高每股价值，并认为购回安排符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
公告还披露，过去十二个月公司股份于联交所的最高及最低交易价格分别为每股1.41港元及0.59港元。公司特别提醒股东，须在股东周年大会召开前妥善办理相关过户手续，以确保符合投票资格。上述购回授权如获通过，将在下届股东周年大会结束或适用法律规定的授权失效日期前持续有效。
