The rally was primarily driven by the company's recently released annual report, which showed significant operational improvement. According to the report, Innoscience achieved full-year revenue of approximately RMB 1.213 billion, representing a 46.4% year-over-year increase. Notably, the company's gross margin turned positive to 7.3% from -19.5% in the prior year, driven by scale effects, product mix optimization, and process upgrades. Adjusted EBITDA also turned positive for the first time.
Furthermore, the company's operating loss narrowed by 21.7% to RMB 753 million, while the net loss decreased by 19.7% to RMB 842 million. The company reported strong traction in its automotive LiDAR business, with over 6 million units shipped annually, enabling more than 1.5 million intelligent driving-assisted vehicles. Management highlighted the ongoing development of next-generation technology platforms targeting further cost reductions and performance gains, strengthening the narrative of a profitability inflection point.
