ZJ UNITED INV Publishes 2026 Annual Report and AGM Circular, Opens Channels for Shareholder Access

Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited (ZJ UNITED INV, stock code: 08366) has released two key documents dated 19 August 2026:

1. The audited Annual Report 2026. 2. A circular covering: • Proposed re-election of retiring directors. • Proposed general mandates to issue new shares and to buy back shares. • Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Both the annual report and the circular are now accessible in English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.zjuv8366.com) and on HKEXnews (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders whose shares are held through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) and who have not registered an email address can request printed copies free of charge.
