天津创业环保股份(01065)公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息，明确H股每10股应得股利为2.39867港元（含税）。股利以人民币计价按港币支付，折算汇率采用股利记录日期前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币平均中间价，记录日期为2026年6月1日，派发日为2026年7月13日，支票将以平邮寄予记录日名列股东名册的H股持有人。
公司此前已在年度股东会上获批向全体股东每10股派发现金股利人民币2.09元（含税）。在H股代扣税方面，非居民企业股东须代扣10%企业所得税；内地个人投资者通过沪港通、深港通投资H股，将代扣20%个人所得税，内地企业投资者则自行申报缴纳；外籍自然人股东免缴个人所得税。公司A股分红安排将另行公告。
