2026年7月24日，中国旭阳集团有限公司（股票代码：01907）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日在香港联交所场内回购500,000股普通股，并将回购股份列作库存股份持有。
本次回购股份数量占公司现有已发行股本约0.01176%，回购价格介乎每股1.94港元至1.96港元，合计支付约97.50万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为4,252,677,000股，库存股份总数增至201,509,000股。
公司同时披露，于2026年5月29日召开的股东周年大会上通过回购授权，最多可回购427,861,500股股份。截至目前，公司已根据该授权在香港联交所及其他市场合计回购25,938,000股，占授权通过时已发行股本的0.60622%。基于相关上市规则及监管规定，任何新股发行或再次出售、转让库存股份的相关计划在回购后将暂缓至2026年8月24日。
公司确认本次回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书何沛霖签署。
