AMD与 Meta Platforms, Inc. 今日宣布达成一项6吉瓦的协议，旨在为Meta的下一代AI基础设施提供多代AMD Instinct GPU的支持。此项协议拓展了双方现有的战略伙伴关系，并在芯片、系统和软件层面协调了发展路线图，以交付为Meta工作负载量身打造的AI平台。
AMD董事长兼首席执行官苏姿丰表示，很自豪能扩大与Meta的战略合作，他们正以前所未有的规模拓展AI的边界。作为协议的一部分，为进一步协调战略利益，AMD已向Meta授予了基于业绩条件的认股权证，最多可购买1.6亿股AMD普通股。AMD与Meta正在芯片、系统和软件层面展开全方位合作，以实现在全球范围内规模化部署AI基础设施，从而加速AI创新，并将AI驱动的服务和体验带给数十亿用户。
