• Option Exercise Details – The increase stemmed entirely from the exercise of 5.50 million share options granted on 21 April 2021 at an exercise price of HK$0.582 per share. – Proceeds from these exercises totalled HK$3.20 million. – Following the exercise, the specific tranche of options is fully utilised, while 101.23 million shares remain available for issuance under the scheme.

• Public Float Status – The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

• Regulatory Confirmation – The filing confirms that all necessary authorisations, regulatory conditions and statutory filings relating to the month’s share issuance have been duly completed.
