永嘉集团(03322)于截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度录得收入34.18亿元（上年同期为36.08亿元），同比下降5.2%。其中，运动服生产业务收入23.61亿元，高级功能户外服装生产业务收入6.33亿元。时装品牌及专营业务录得经营溢利0.61亿元，上年同期则为经营亏损0.29亿元。公司毛利为5.93亿元（上年同期为5.90亿元），毛利率上升0.9个百分点至17.3%，经营溢利为0.22亿元。 持续经营业务录得亏损0.23亿元（上年同期：0.22亿元），已终止经营业务亏损1.66亿元（上年同期：0.40亿元），使得年内亏损扩大至1.89亿元（上年同期：0.62亿元），每股基本亏损为14.3港仙（上年同期：5.3港仙）。管理层指出，期内除税后亏损主要来自已终止的高级时装零售业务及持续经营业务相关影响。 截至报告期末，集团现金及银行结余为2.64亿元（上年同期：2.50亿元），负债资产比率为18.8%（上年同期：16.0%）。资产总额16.64亿元，其中非流动资产9.02亿元，流动资产7.04亿元。
