Chanhigh warns of up to 87% profit drop for H1 2026 as construction slowdown hits revenue

Bulletin Express
Aug 17

Chanhigh Holdings Limited announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 to range between RMB2.00 million and RMB8.00 million, sharply lower than the RMB15.50 million recorded in the same period of 2025. The projected result implies a year-on-year decline of approximately 48% to 87%.

The Board attributed the downturn principally to reduced revenue from construction projects, reflecting a broader slowdown in the Chinese mainland construction sector.

Management stated that the Group’s interim results remain subject to review by the audit committee and the Board, with the final figures scheduled for release before the end of August 2026. Despite the expected earnings contraction, the Board maintained that the Group’s overall operations and financial position remain solid.

Shareholders and potential investors were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares pending the forthcoming detailed results announcement.
