公司公告显示，优博控股的注册股本共计50,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.001港元，注册股本合计50,000,000港元，与上月末相同。本月并未出现新增发行、股份回购、注销或库藏股转让。
在股权激励方面，优博控股于2024年5月20日通过股东大会批准实施的购股权计划下，上月底结存及本月底结存的购股权数量均为2,990,000份，该部分购股权数量在8月未发生变动，行使价为每股0.1796港元。若上述计划内的全部购股权于未来行使，届时将最多额外发行或转让46,100,000股。
截至2026年8月31日，公司表示符合香港联交所的相关公众持股量要求，并确认所有增发、出售或转让股份的活动均已遵守相关上市规则和法律规定。
