On March 4, Barclays PLC purchased an additional 41.8492 million shares of Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company Limited (00568) at an average price of HKD 10.1915 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HKD 427 million. Following this acquisition, Barclays PLC's total shareholding in the company has reached 79.6992 million shares, representing a 31.12% stake.
