2026年9月14日，创新奇智科技集团股份有限公司（02121）公告称，于当日在香港联合交易所场内回购股份627,000股，约占此前已发行股本0.11%。本次回购价格区间为每股2.95港元至3.37港元，总支付金额约1,967,488港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为563,544,438股，其中552,146,138股为已发行股份（不含库藏股），库藏股数由10,771,300股增加至11,398,300股。公司于2026年5月15日获得股东大会通过可回购最高55,399,033股股份的授权，截至目前已于香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购1,844,200股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本约0.33%。公司确认，上述回购事宜符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规要求。
