ANCHORSTONE posts stable share capital for July 2026, maintains required public float

Anchorstone Holdings Limited (ANCHORSTONE) submitted its monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that share capital and share count remained unchanged throughout the month.

Authorised capital stood at 0.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised share capital of HKD 50.00 million—identical to the previous month.

Issued share capital also remained stable at 1.45 billion ordinary shares. The company reported no treasury shares and recorded neither issuances nor cancellations during the month.

Management confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D, stating that the public float continues to satisfy the prescribed 25 % threshold.

Under the 2019 Share Option Scheme, 7.28 million options remained outstanding at month-end, with no exercises or cancellations recorded in July. No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share issuance arrangements were outstanding or executed during the period.

The filing was authorised by Chairman Lui Yue Yun Gary, who certified that all regulatory and listing requirements have been met.
