Vanov Holdings’ June 2026 Monthly Return: No Share Movements, Public Float Maintained

Vanov Holdings Company Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, amounting to HKD 20.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 483.44 million ordinary shares. Vanov held no treasury shares and recorded no allotments, cancellations, repurchases or redemptions during the month.

In its submission, the issuer affirmed adherence to Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), meeting the minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Under the 2021 Share Option Scheme, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised or cancelled in June. The mandate still allows up to 48.00 million shares to be issued upon future option grants. No funds were raised from option exercises.

The filing noted no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuing agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The Monthly Return was lodged with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026 and signed by Director Shen Genlian.
