AK Medical repurchases 1.09 million shares for HKD 6.25 million, lifting cumulative buy-backs to 11.19% of mandate base

AK Medical Holdings Limited (AK Medical) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 1.09 million ordinary shares on 3 June 2026. The on-market transactions were executed at prices ranging from HKD 5.70 to HKD 5.75 per share, resulting in a total consideration of HKD 6.25 million.

Including the latest purchase, AK Medical has bought back 12.56 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 18 June 2025. This volume represents 11.19% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate’s reference date.

All repurchased shares—1.09 million on 3 June 2026 and 11.47 million from earlier trades—remain pending cancellation. Consequently, the issued share capital is unchanged at 1.12 billion shares as at 3 June 2026.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3), AK Medical is restricted from issuing new shares until 3 July 2026, 30 days after the latest buy-back. Ma Rongkun, Company Secretary, confirmed that the transactions complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
