Long Investment Corp Publishes AGM Circular Covering Share Mandates, Board Re-election and Auditor Appointment

Long Investment Corp released its latest corporate communications on 20 May 2026. The materials, available on the company website (www.longcorp.com) and HKEXnews, include:

• A circular proposing (i) general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, (ii) re-election of directors, (iii) re-appointment of the auditor, and (iv) the notice of the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). • The corresponding proxy form for shareholder voting at the AGM.

Shareholders who previously requested printed documents will receive hard copies by post; all others can access the files online. Investors may switch to electronic delivery by submitting an email address to Tricor Investor Services Limited with at least seven days’ written notice. Without a valid email address, future notifications and actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in printed form.

Preferences for receipt method or language can be amended at any time via a Change Request Form or by contacting the registrar. Printed copies of the current documents are available free of charge upon request.
