Emperor International accelerates residential sales, books HK$520 million from two No. 15 Shouson houses

Emperor International Holdings Limited reported in its latest quarterly update that it has stepped up the disposal of remaining residential inventory. The Group recently sold two luxury houses at No. 15 Shouson for a combined HK$520.00 million.

The profit attributable to these transactions will be recorded in the financial year ending 31 March 2026, further strengthening the earnings visibility for that period.

Management confirmed that daily operations continue as normal and pledged to release additional announcements to keep shareholders and potential investors informed on further progress.

The Board remains chaired by Non-executive Director Luk Siu Man, Semon, with Alexander Yeung Ching Loong and Fan Man Seung, Vanessa serving as Executive Directors, alongside three Independent Non-executive Directors.

The update follows references to the company’s 2024/25 Annual Report (released 21 July 2025) and earlier quarterly announcements on 30 September 2025 and 31 December 2025.
