民生银行(01988)发布末期股息更新公告，宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息，每10股派发现金红利0.53元人民币。股东可选择以人民币收取，若选择默认港币，具体派发金额有待公布。该派息方案尚需提交6月17日举行的股东周年大会审议批准。
根据安排，除净日为2026年6月22日，递交股份过户文件以享有股息的最后时限为6月23日下午4时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记日期为6月24日至6月29日，股权登记日为6月29日。股息派发日定于2026年8月10日。
在代扣所得税方面，通过港股通投资该公司H股的内地个人投资者，将按20%税率代扣个人所得税；非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）适用10%企业所得税；境外非个人居民股东一般按10%预扣个人所得税，除非相关税收协定另有规定。
