港股期权｜重磅消息助新世界发展爆发，阿里CALL价格全面大涨
一、股票期权成交量
8月7日周四，港股三大指数上午探底回升，恒生指数午间收涨0.52%重回25000点上方，国企指数、恒生科技指数分别上涨0.36%及0.54%。大型科技股多数走高，阿里巴巴涨2.4%，京东涨近2%，百度涨1.64%，美团涨超1%。
港股期权半日成交348155张。其中，腾讯控股成交量继续位于榜首，期权成交66398张，环比昨日成交量大幅降低。小米、阿里巴巴、新世界发展、美团紧随其后。
新世界发展 午盘大涨超14%，午后继续拉升，截至发稿涨幅超19%。报道称新世界发展及其背后的郑氏家族正在与黑石集团就一项高达25亿美元的潜在融资交易进行磋商。最终可能由郑氏家族和黑石集团联合提出私有化要约。
期权方面，新世界发展上午成交量排名前三的均为认购合约，其中两份行权价分别为8港元及8.25港元。另外，一张9月29日到期的认购合约，行权价高达9港元，较现价有20%以上的涨幅空间。
二、异动观察：体系变革，阿里股价现强势
阿里巴巴-W 午盘涨超2%，股价重新站上5日线。消息面上，淘宝上线全新大会员体系，打通饿了么、飞猪等阿里系资源，全面覆盖吃喝玩乐、衣食住行等生活场景，旨在提升消费者体验和用户黏性。另外，8月5日，阿里开源全新的文生图模型Qwen-Image，当天即登上全球最大的AI开源社区Hugging Face的模型榜单首位，成为全球热度最高的开源模型。
阿里上午的前十大成交中，一份月末到期的认购合约行权价达135港元，较现价有12%左右的涨幅空间。
