截至2025年9月30日止六个月，普汇中金国际控股有限公司实现收入3,570万港元，同比下降19.6%。同期净亏损1.206亿港元，相较上一年同期2.306亿港元的亏损额，降幅为47.7%。毛利率由上年同期的66.4%略降至65.7%。经营性现金流方面，经营活动所用现金净额约700万港元，上年同期为约1,059万港元。
期间行政开支由2,450万港元降至2,290万港元，财务成本由8,150万港元降至5,830万港元。管理层称再融资及重组高息负债是带动利息开支减少的主要原因。
业务分项
物业投资业务收入为3,490万港元，同比下降17.5%。其中来自西安大型家居建材购物中心的出租率和租金均有下滑，租金优惠及免租期导致该板块收益滑落。
金融服务板块收入约90万港元，较上年同期的220万港元下降59.1%。管理层强调信贷市场仍显疲弱，导致此板块在报告期内业务规模收缩。
