On February 13, Hang Seng Indexes Company announced the results of its quarterly review of the Hang Seng Index Series for the period ending December 31, 2025. QUANTGROUP (02685) has been included in the Hang Seng Composite Index. The changes will be implemented after the market close on Friday, March 6, 2026, and will take effect starting Monday, March 9, 2026. Following this, the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges will correspondingly adjust the list of investable securities under the Stock Connect program. According to a CICC research report, QUANTGROUP is likely to be added to the Stock Connect scheme, as it meets a series of criteria including market capitalization, liquidity, and listing history. Separately, QUANTGROUP (02685) announced the issuance of 1.75 million shares on December 31, 2025, at an issue price of HK$9.8 per share, due to the partial exercise of an over-allotment option.
