董事会表示，购回所需资金将来自公司按法律允许范围内可动用的资金。本次回购旨在提高每股净资产或提升股东价值，被董事会认为符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公告显示，股东周年大会定于2026年5月22日召开，以表决上述回购计划等决议。公司将于5月19日至5月22日（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记事宜。根据公司披露的过去12个月股价记录，该股最高价曾达每股5.70港元，最低则为3.09港元。
董事会强调，购回授权若获股东批准，将在适当情况下审慎行使，并称该举措有助于优化资本结构并为股东带来更长期利益。
