2026年7月8日，力高集团（01622）发布补充公告，进一步说明其于2026年7月3日公告中所披露的力高健康生活有限公司（以下简称“力高健康”）股权出售事项。
公告披露，贷款人中万国际有限公司已行使担保权，并由接管人出售力高健康48,000,000股普通股，占其已发行股本的24%，作价45,120,000港元。
力高集团指出，由于公司缺乏财务资源偿还被要求的数额，上述出售完全由贷款人及接管人主导实施，相关出售的启动、时间及条款均不受公司控制，因此属于被动性质。
根据香港联交所《上市规则》第十四章，此次出售不构成力高集团须予公布的交易。除本次补充披露之外，2026年7月3日公告的其他内容维持不变。
