Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's latest data reveals that on January 19, a shareholder of JTF INTL Holdings (09689) transferred shares from CMB International Securities to Heng Hua International Securities. The transferred portfolio was valued at HK$57.2563 million, representing 13.99% of the holdings.
Recently, JTF INTL Holdings released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 393 million, a decrease of 48.98% year-on-year. The total loss and comprehensive expenses for the period amounted to RMB 5.3 million, widening significantly by 609.5% compared to the previous year. The basic loss per share was 0.6 cents.
