2026年8月11日，中国金融投资管理有限公司(00605)公告，其全资附属公司深圳市领达小额贷款有限公司作为贷款人与客户GJ及客户GK签订贷款协议，向两名独立第三方借款人合共发放本金3,500万元人民币的贷款，年期6个月，年息为每年14.4厘。
根据协议，借款人须按月支付利息，本金于到期日一次性偿还。贷款以位于深圳市宝安区的一处住宅物业作第一法定押记抵押，该物业经独立估值师于2026年7月23日估值，市场价值约4,453.4万元人民币，对应贷款与价值比率约78.6%。
公司表示，贷款资金将由集团一般营运资金拨付。综合借款人资产净值、过去五年无强制执行及无逾期还款记录等因素后，公司认为相关信贷风险可控。
按香港联合交易所《上市规则》第14章计算，本次交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，公司已按规定作出公告。
