据Realtor.com数据显示，8月份租金价格连续第25个月同比下跌，同时也是自2025年3月以来首次出现环比下降，这表明进入秋季的预期季节性放缓趋势。
与此同时，Realtor.com表示，超过两年的租金下跌正激发许多租户制定搬迁计划，以获得更大空间、节省资金或探索新的区域。
8月份，月租金要价同比下降38美元，降幅为2.2%。在50个最大都市区中，从工作室到两居室单位的中位数月租金要价下降46美元，降幅为2.6%，降至1,713美元，与2022年8月的峰值相比有所下降。
不过，Realtor.com指出，目前的租金水平仍比疫情前水平高出249美元，涨幅为17%。
