Crazy Sports releases 2025 Annual Report and shareholder documents, introduces flexible receipt options

Crazy Sports Group Limited has announced that its 2025 Annual Report, circular and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://ir.crazysports.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who encounter difficulty in accessing the online versions can request free printed copies in their preferred language. In addition, investors may change their chosen method of receiving future corporate communications—either online access, printed English, printed Chinese, or both printed languages—by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.

The registrar will accept amended instructions at any time upon reasonable written notice by mail or email (is-ecom@vistra.com). For enquiries, shareholders may call the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
