此次交易完成后，截至2026年6月18日，公司已发行股份总数为219,725,000股，其中219,080,000股为已发行流通股份，库存股份数目增至645,000股。根据2026年5月27日通过的购回授权，公司最多可回购21,972,500股，至今已累计回购645,000股，占购回授权获通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的2.9355%。
