On November 26, Shanghai Big Data Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shanghai Big Data Co.) and ASIAINFO TECH Holdings Limited (referred to as ASIAINFO TECH) reached a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai to upgrade municipal and district-level big data services and expand digital intelligence business. In data synthesis all-in-one machine R&D, the partners will combine hardware design and software algorithm expertise to form a dedicated R&D team, jointly innovating in this field while exploring industrial, healthcare, financial, and government markets.

For channel collaboration, they will establish resource-sharing mechanisms to enhance market promotion, customer expansion, and operational efficiency.

Yao Zhen noted that under the guidance of Shanghai’s Data Bureau and Big Data Center, the two companies have already achieved progress in public data governance, e-government, and public services. Deeper cooperation will strengthen their competitiveness in urban management and public services.
