本次回购完成后，截至2026年7月8日，荃信生物-B的已发行股本总数仍为227,071,600股，其中流通股数量减少至223,373,200股，库藏股数量增至3,698,400股。公司先前于2026年5月29日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数为22,436,340股，截至目前已累计回购990,200股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约0.4413%。
