The real estate services firm reported Q4 2025 core earnings per share of $2.73, exceeding analyst estimates of $2.68. The company also issued strong 2026 guidance, forecasting core EPS between $7.30 and $7.60, with the midpoint above Wall Street expectations of $7.36 per share.
CEO Bob Sulentic attributed the strong performance to significant gains in sales and leasing across the U.S. and global markets, with particular strength in AI-fueled real estate sectors. The company highlighted rapid data center expansion as a key driver, with its building operations and experience segment revenue rising 14.6% to $6.31 billion during the quarter.
