上海微创医疗机器人（集团）股份有限公司（微创机器人-B，02252）8月31日公告称，原按香港联交所上市规则第13.49(6)条，须于2026年8月31日或之前刊发截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。由于需进一步确认报告期内一项租赁安排的交易对手方与集团的关系，截至公告日期相关事项尚未厘清，公司未能如期披露2026年中期业绩初步公告，具体披露时间将视确认进度及结果另行公告。
此前公司已于2026年8月17日及8月27日两度公告董事会会议事宜。受上述因素影响，原拟审议2026年中期业绩及派息等事项的董事会会议将再次延期，具体日期待定。
应公司要求，微创机器人-B股份自2026年9月1日（星期二）上午九时起在香港联交所暂停买卖，直至另行公告。
公司强调，集团运营保持稳定，未受相关事项影响；同时提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时须审慎行事。
