METASPACEX Establishes New Majority-Controlled Subsidiary Xinglun Digital Intelligence Technology

METASPACEX (01796) has announced the registration and establishment of Xinglun Digital Intelligence Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. as a new non-wholly owned subsidiary of the group. This follows the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum with Guangzhou Xinglun Security Industrial Co., Ltd. The new entity will undertake business activities outlined in the memorandum, focusing on areas including industrial Internet of Things, industrial software, and smart manufacturing. Incorporated in China, Xinglun Digital Intelligence Technology is 51% owned by the group and 49% owned by Guangzhou Xinglun. As of the announcement date, the subsidiary has not commenced operations, and discussions regarding the cooperation model, direction, progress, and other project details are actively ongoing between the company and Guangzhou Xinglun. Additionally, Mr. Wang Kai has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Xinglun Digital Intelligence Technology, effective February 13, 2026.
