公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司H股的已发行股份数量由2026年5月22日的437,526,000股降至436,236,000股，库存股份由4,189,000股增至5,479,000股，已发行股份总数仍为441,715,000股。公司表示，根据2026年5月12日获通过的股份购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为44,171,500股，截至目前已回购并持有库存股份5,479,000股。
