Bulletin Express
Feb 12

Ju Teng International Holdings Limited (3336) published an announcement on 12 February 2026 regarding a data security incident. An investigation revealed unauthorized access to four of the six assessed hosts, with traces of third-party synchronization and external transmission tools appearing on some affected hosts. The disclosed information comprised certain historical business files from the company’s clients and Ju Teng’s internal files, which did not include material inside information.

Following detection of the incident, the company swiftly isolated potential access points. Measures were then strengthened, including an upgrade of firewall systems, establishment of dedicated jump servers to limit server access, and disabled external functions within firewall management. The group is adopting additional recommended security initiatives and is communicating with clients whose information was affected.
