Xiaocaiyuan International buys back 492,000 shares, shrinking free float by 0.04%

Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. (Xiaocaiyuan) disclosed that it repurchased 492,000 ordinary shares on 03 June 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 3.56 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 7.23 per share, with intraday prices ranging from HKD 7.12 to HKD 7.31.

Following the buyback, Xiaocaiyuan’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.17 billion, a 0.0419% reduction. Treasury shares rose to 3.02 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.18 billion.

The purchase was executed under the share-repurchase mandate approved on 20 April 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 117.65 million shares. To date, 3.02 million shares—equivalent to 0.2568% of the share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased. In accordance with Listing Rule 10.06, Xiaocaiyuan is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 03 July 2026.
