8月27日，信利国际（00732）发布公告称，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股1,942,000股，占当日已发行股本约0.066%。本次回购每股价格介乎0.77港元至0.81港元，合计耗资1,541,840港元（约154.18万港元）。由于本次回购股份尚未注销，截至公告日期，公司已发行股本仍为2,922,529,398股，库藏股数为零。
公告显示，信利国际曾于2026年5月12日获得股东大会通过购回授权，可在香港联交所或其他证券交易所购回最多297,133,339股普通股。截至公告日，基于该授权已累计在交易所或其他市场回购34,442,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的1.16%。公司并披露，上述回购完成后，按规定将有自回购之日起30天的时间暂停新股发行或出售（或转让）库藏股的计划，至2026年9月26日止。
信利国际在公告中确认，所有回购事宜业经公司董事会正式批准，并已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书刘范儒签署。
