DASHAN EDU (09986) announced that Mr. Zhang Hongjiang has resigned from all his positions in the board and the company, effective December 1, 2025. His roles included executive director and chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the investment management committee, member of the remuneration committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. On the same date, Mr. Zhang also stepped down from all his positions in the company's subsidiaries.
