On August 27, ONEROBOTICS (06600) released its first-half 2026 financial results, posting revenue of RMB 522 million, a 31.8% year-on-year increase. Notably, the simultaneous volume ramp-up of three new embodied intelligence products — the humanoid home robot onero H1, the sports robot Acemate, and the companion robot KATA Friends — contributed as much as 65.4% of the incremental revenue from the AI embodied household robot system product line. This has become a key growth driver for the company's revenue and signals that embodied intelligence new products are accelerating into the commercialization payoff stage.

In fact, ONEROBOTICS is a pioneer of the "one brain, multiple forms" architecture, with its self-developed OneModel brain at the core. The company continues to drive the commercialization of embodied intelligence technology, achieving efficient reuse and continuous evolution of intelligent capabilities while building multiple growth points. First, the company has established core technical barriers around a "model + hardware + data" architecture, which serves as the technological foundation for exploring embodied intelligence scenario commercialization and creating multiple growth curves. On the model front, the company released OneModel 1.7 FrontoStria-RL in May this year, further integrating world understanding, task planning, skill scheduling, action execution, and real-world deployment feedback. Through reinforcement learning and successful experience reuse, it promotes the sharing of unified model capabilities across different robot hardware platforms.

On the hardware front, the company adheres to "algorithm-defined hardware," deeply integrating AI vision, decision control, and robotics. This approach reduces dependence on high-cost sensors while improving operational precision, generalization capability, and reliability in complex environments. These capabilities have been applied to the humanoid home robot onero H1 and support its commercial delivery. On the data front, the company leverages its embodied intelligence training center and self-developed collection equipment to build a multi-tier data acquisition system encompassing first-person perspective, UMI portable collection, and real-machine teleoperation. Operating data and execution feedback from robots in real-world tasks continuously flow back into OneModel, gradually forming a mutually reinforcing "model-hardware-data-scenario" technical loop.

Second, the company is building a multi-product synergy system centered on home scenarios. Through independent R&D, strategic investments, and M&A integration, it continues to expand diverse application scenarios including home services, sports health, and intelligent companionship, accelerating its evolution toward a platform-based embodied intelligence ecosystem. ONEROBOTICS is continuously expanding high-value scenarios. In home services, the company won the bid for Shenzhen's first embodied intelligence data infrastructure project, with a winning bid amount of RMB 44.9532 million — currently the largest order in the embodied intelligence home scenario space. In August, it formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with 58.com to explore life service scenarios, continuously enriching commercialization opportunities across scenarios. In sports health, Acemate has supported the launch of the world's first robot-assisted tennis training facility and has covered more than 1,100 standard tennis courts across cities including Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, entering scenarios such as courts, schools, clubs, and professional tournaments. In intelligent companionship, the company has partnered with Shanghai Children's Medical Center to explore applications of KATA Friends in non-diagnostic settings such as children's health education and emotional comfort, further expanding the application boundaries of embodied intelligence.

Meanwhile, around its "ONEROBOTICS embodied chain," the company focuses on end-effectors, edge AI computing, real-world data, model training, and global channels. It has invested in multiple robotics industry chain companies including Huiling Technology and Jindei Space-Time, and continues to advance its acquisition of Nanoleaf to strengthen robot execution, computing, data, and overseas channel capabilities, providing support for OneModel iteration, multi-form product development, and global commercialization. Notably, in the first half of 2026, ONEROBOTICS' global revenue structure became more diversified. During the reporting period, Asia, Europe, and North America were the company's primary markets, with Europe and North America showing the most outstanding growth, with revenues up 97.5% and 85.7% year-on-year respectively, while the Asian market also grew 6.6% year-on-year. As European and North American markets grew rapidly, their combined revenue share rose from 28.8% in the same period last year to 42.1%, while the Asian market's revenue share declined from 70.9% to 57.4%.

In the first half of 2026, ONEROBOTICS achieved gross profit of RMB 263 million, up 22.5% year-on-year. While revenue and gross profit continued to grow, the company's gross margin stood at 50.4% in the first half, down 3.8 percentage points from the same period last year, primarily due to the weakening of major settlement currencies such as the Japanese yen and the US dollar against the RMB. Affected by exchange rate fluctuations and increased forward-looking R&D investment, the company recorded a loss of approximately RMB 38.29 million for the period. Among this, the net exchange loss was approximately RMB 42.73 million, with the majority stemming from translation impacts on Hong Kong dollar bank deposits formed from raised funds. As of the end of June 2026, ONEROBOTICS held approximately RMB 1.6 billion in cash and bank balances and structured deposits combined, with ample liquidity providing strong support for continued R&D investment and business expansion.

Technological innovation is the core driver of ONEROBOTICS' business development, and the company continues to increase its embodied intelligence R&D investment. In the first half, the company's R&D expenses reached RMB 102 million, a significant 73.3% year-on-year increase; R&D intensity rose to 19.5%, up 4.7 percentage points year-on-year, primarily allocated to OneModel model training, with additional investment in AI computing power, data collection resources, and R&D teams. This continuously consolidates the "one brain, multiple forms" technology foundation, strengthens core embodied intelligence capabilities, and builds momentum for new product iteration and commercial expansion. The company's technical strength and product innovation capabilities have also received recognition from professional institutions, having been selected for the LeadeRobot 2026 China Embodied Intelligence Leading Enterprise TOP50 list, and receiving the LeadeRobot "Humanoid Robot Commercial Landing Pioneer Award" and the 12th CCIEA "Annual Technological Innovation Product Award."

With its strong fundamentals, ONEROBOTICS has gained favor from more investment banks. Among them, a CICC research report states that ONEROBOTICS is a representative enterprise in home AI robots, highly focused on home scenarios, with increased investment in hardware, data, and models, and has assigned an "Outperform" rating with a target price of HKD 140.0, while the current price is HKD 57.65, implying an upside of 142.8%. Huatai Securities, in its initiation report published in June this year, positioned the company as a "pioneer in household embodied intelligence scenario implementation," believing the company is transitioning toward an embodied intelligence platform, with three growth curves expected to form synergy. The firm noted that the technical loop and accumulation of real home scenario data will provide important support for new product commercialization and long-term growth, and assigned a "Buy" rating with a target price of HKD 142.50.

As the world's first publicly listed AI embodied household robot technology company, ONEROBOTICS has been listed for less than eight months and has already been included in industry thematic indices including the Hang Seng Hong Kong-Listed Robotics Thematic Index, the CSI Hong Kong-Listed Robotics Thematic Index, the CSI Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence 50 Index, the Solactive Global Humanoid Robots Index, and the Indxx Global Robotics & Artificial Intelligence Thematic Index. It will also be upgraded from the Hang Seng Composite SmallCap Index to the Hang Seng Composite MidCap Index in the near future, further enhancing its index coverage tier and market investability.

Overall, the first half of 2026 represents an important phase in which ONEROBOTICS' embodied intelligence business is accelerating toward large-scale commercial realization. With three new products ramping up simultaneously, the "model-hardware-data-scenario" technical loop continuously improving, applications in home services, sports health, and intelligent companionship accelerating their rollout, and industry chain synergy and global market layout deepening, ONEROBOTICS is well-positioned to further unlock platform-based synergies as OneModel continues to iterate, new product delivery scales expand, and more scenarios achieve replication. This will help transform technological advantages into sustained growth momentum and open up long-term growth space for embodied intelligence commercialization.
