Labixiaoxin Adds 20.83 Million Shares via HKD 3.98 Consideration Issue, Lifting Issued Capital by 9.53 %

Labixiaoxin Snacks Group Limited reported a 20.83 million-share expansion in March 2026, taking its issued share count to 239.25 million ordinary shares. The additional shares—equivalent to a 9.53 % month-on-month increase—were issued on 31 March 2026 at HKD 3.98 each under a consideration issue previously approved on 19 June 2025. No treasury shares were outstanding at month-end.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001, translating to USD 500,000 of authorised share capital.

Labixiaoxin confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float threshold following the share issue.

The company’s 23 June 2021 share-option scheme had no outstanding or exercised options during the month, though it still allows for up to 13.29 million new shares to be issued.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were outstanding or issued during the period, and all regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C have been provided by the company secretary.
