鹰瞳科技-B（02251）于2026年9月23日发布公告，公司于当日通过香港联交所场内交易回购普通股合计22,700股，占回购日前公司已发行股本100,662,913股的约0.023%。回购价格介乎每股9.39港元至9.69港元之间，合计耗资约21.87万港元（218,653.50港元）。
回购后，公司已发行股份总数为100,640,213股，库藏股数增至2,927,800股。公司于2026年6月26日通过本次回购授权，可回购股份总数为10,137,961股，截至目前，已在香港联交所回购739,400股，占回购授权时已发行股本约0.7293%。根据公告，此次回购完成后，公司将自2026年9月23日起30天内（截至2026年10月23日）暂不进行新的股份发行、出售或转让库藏股。
公司表示，本次回购已获得董事会正式授权审批，并遵照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定进行。上述公告由公司董事张大磊签署。
