辰林教育于4月28日发布截至2026年2月28日止六个月的中期业绩。期内，公司实现营收3.37亿元，同比微增0.16%。经调整净利润（EBITDA）为9156.4万元，同比下降25%。
从盈利能力看，毛利约8345.1万元，较上年同期的1.04亿元有所减少；毛利率从去年的31%降至24.7%。公司在报告中提到，校区扩建带来的折旧费增加，以及人工智能等相关教改投入，使得本期成本有所上升。具体来看，营收成本从2.32亿元增至2.54亿元；销售开支同比降低47.2%，管理费用则同比上升约15%。
分业务方面，学费收入为3.02亿元，较上年同期增长约1.56%；住宿费收入为3332.1万元，小幅下降0.97%；其他收入合计172.1万元，同比下滑约68.8%。
