SG Micro Corp (SG Micro) has issued a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, projecting net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB401.70 million–RMB431.80 million. The midpoint of this range (RMB416.75 million) indicates a year-on-year increase of roughly 107% from RMB200.80 million in the first half of 2025, translating into an estimated growth band of 100.0%–115.0%.
Management attributes the earnings surge to three factors:
1. Product expansion: Continued rollout of new integrated-circuit offerings with a greater share of high-end products has broadened application scenarios and enlarged the customer base. 2. Market diversification: A wide product portfolio and broad customer coverage—particularly in optical-module segments—have captured industry growth opportunities. 3. Scale effects: Long-term industrial know-how has translated into higher shipment volumes and sustained revenue growth.
The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and remain subject to review and potential adjustment. SG Micro intends to publish its full interim results by the end of August 2026.
