宜明昂科生物医药技术（上海）股份有限公司（股票名称：宜明昂科-B，股票代码：01541）6月9日向香港联合交易所提交翌日披露报表，公布进行股份回购。
据公告，6月9日，公司于香港联交所场内回购416,000股H股，占回购前已发行股份约0.099%。本次回购每股价格介乎3.03港元至3.20港元之间，回购股份的加权平均每股价格为3.1099港元，总涉资1,293,708港元（约129.37万港元）。本次回购完成后，公司于截止6月9日的已发行股份为419,795,505股，库存股份为681,800股，合计420,477,305股。
公告显示，公司购回授权的决议于2026年5月28日获通过，可回购股份总数为43,150,769股。截至目前，已累计购回股份681,800股，占获授权数量约0.158%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规履行本次回购行为，并完成相关审批和备案手续。
