AP Rentals (ASX: 01496) has announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue of HK$145 million, representing a decrease of 9.62% compared to the previous year. Annual profit for the period was HK$10.68 million, which is 12.17% lower year-on-year.
Basic earnings per share stood at 1.24 HK cents. The board has proposed a final dividend of 0.62 HK cents per ordinary share.
According to the company's announcement, the decline in revenue was primarily attributed to a decrease in the group's equipment rental income and operational service income.
