Mr. Li Jianfeng has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Li Tiejing has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Mr. Li Hongwei has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director.
