Singapore – Oct, 28 2025 – China Yuchai International Limited (CYD) said Mr. Wu Qiwei has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective Oct, 27 2025. He has also stepped down from the board of the Company’s main operating subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited.
With his departure, China Yuchai’s board now consists of eight directors, including three independent directors.
China Yuchai International, through its subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited, designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of diesel, natural gas and new-energy powertrain solutions. The company sold 356,586 engines in 2024.
