JD Health confirms 16.47 million-share buyback pending cancellation, equal to 0.51% of outstanding stock

JD Health International Inc. submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 8 June 2026, detailing recent share-repurchase activity under its existing mandate.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.21 billion ordinary shares as of 8 June 2026.

Between 15 May and 8 June 2026, JD Health repurchased 16.47 million shares for cancellation, representing approximately 0.51% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate adoption date (20 June 2025). All of these shares are awaiting formal cancellation.

The most recent transaction, executed on 8 June 2026, involved 300,000 shares bought on the Exchange at prices between HKD 36.12 and HKD 37.10, for a total consideration of HKD 10.94 million.

Under the current shareholder mandate, JD Health is authorised to repurchase up to 320.01 million shares; cumulative repurchases now utilise about 5.15% of that limit.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, effective until 8 July 2026.
