根据纳斯达克市场规则，公司被授予180天的宽限期，即至2024年7月15日，其股价需至少连续10个交易日重回1.00美元或以上，方可重新满足持续上市标准。若未能在此期间达标，公司可能获得额外180天的合规宽限，但需满足其他上市条件。
公司表示将积极监控股价走势，并评估可行方案以恢复合规状态，但目前不保证能成功满足相关要求。此通知函目前不影响公司在纳斯达克资本市场的正常上市交易。
